Cakes 4 Fun create a host of different designs ranging from religious themes, flowers, teddies through to your child's favourite toy - all created by hand from sugar. Most parents choose to have the first (and middle) names on the cake and possibly either the date of birth or the Christening date.
The most popular designs are the most simple, a teddy bear with pale pink or baby blue paws and ears, simple blossoms, toy bricks spelling out the child's name and baby sugar footprints padding across the cake in baby blue or pale pink.
If you have reserved your top tier from your wedding cake and would like to use this we offer a re-icing service where we will strip down your cake, test if it's still okay to use, and re-marzipan and ice it with your chosen design.
A fruit cake is often incorporated into a two tier design so that you can offer your guests the choice of fruit and sponge cake.
